Utz, Old Fashioned Sourdough Hards Pretzels , 26 oz Barrel

Every once in a while I get the craving for the sourdough pretzels and for the money?? These are great. I love breaking them up and nibbling on the pieces. The only thing that would make them even better? Birch beer or Pennsylvania Dutch soda.

These are the only pretzels that I purchase.

I like the pretzels in the barrel because they’re not all broken when you get them.

We really love Utz sourdough HARDS pretzels. A couple of issues with the last container - they smelled pretty stale. It wasn’t pleasant. Most of them went to the dog and the kids (who didn’t care). Also, the way they are salted is very inconsistent. Probably better that I have less salt, but if you want a salty piece, you have to hunt for it, However, overall, we really like them.

More salt on the small barrel than the large. On the large size the salt is in the bottom of the barrel. I like the hard sourdough prezel.

We ordered the pretzels tasted great. But they were sent out through the postal service fragile stickers on the box. When they arrived the container looked as if it was half empty because the pretzels were all broken up into little pieces . There were only two whole pretzels left in one piece. We learned a lesson and just get by them at the store. That way they'll be in better shape. W e usually buy bags of broken hard pretzels anyway, but the pieces are not as small as these were.

Although we love these pretzels, we received this item and the container contained pretzel crumbs. There wasn't even "1" whole pretzel in the container. Will stick with buying bag of pretzels.
