A Million Pieces
I was expecting some broken pieces...but not 100%....I still give it 5 stars as I use these like croutons...

Pretzel Pieces not whole pretzels
While I normally love these pretzels. I now know never to order them for delivery. The barrel arrived with only ONE WHOLE pretzels. the rest were in pieces. It would be more appropriately described as pretzel pieces. This degree of breakage could only happen if the barrel had been placed on a vibrating belt for a long time presumably during shipping.

Should be sold in stores ONLY
Not one pretzel in the container was whole - they were all broken pieces. I'd buy them at the store but they don't carry them. Too bad because they are really good.

This is the second time I have ordered these . Both times they have came in a box with NO packing what so ever ! I have received pretzel dust .How hard is it to wrap something - laziness in the warehouse is my guess . Love the pretzels though

Will not buy again. Small, broken pieces.
There were no whole pretzels. Every one was broken into little pieces. There was no bubble wrap in the box. In fact, one of the containers was dented. Poor shipping.

Quality is TERRIBLE!
The pretzels are nothing but smashed broken pieces, not a whole pretzel in the entire container! TERRIBLE QUALITY!

Came broken when were whole hard pretzels and expiration date of 7/19/21 (on 6/18/21) and taste stale!!

I waited so long to get these pretzels, however when I received them, they were broken in small pieces. I know part of it was the packaging there was no bubble wrap support on the bottom of the container it was all on the top. I don’t think it was properly packaged.

Must have been super ruff shipping . My Hard Pretzel knots are in pieces . NOT A WHOLE PRETZEL IN THE BARREL
