Very difficult to apply without applicator. It also came out. You have to stay in bed when using the product. I've used better product though expensive and was looking to a more reasonable alternative. Wont buy this for that reason.

This product gave me Cytolytic vaginosis (CV) —  aka Lactobacillus overgrowth while doing fertility treatments which destroyed my embryo. There was no warning on the packaging.
