I use this when my girl gets lice, after about 10-15 days the lice is gone and all we have to do is pull out the dead eggs. This works awesome, it doesnt damage her hair at all. We always leave it in for 15 mins.

This work very well! I have tried a lot of different brands and types of shampoos, sprays, and such. This is THE one I will buy again if I need a lice product!

I discovered an adult louse on my head and knew I was in trouble. Upon inspection I found that my husband and two children also had lice. When I brushed my hair before treating I had live nymphs falling out which is in the picture below. Ew. I did an initial treatment for lice with pesticide shampoo, then baby oiled (mineral oil) my hair over night, nit combed, and now I'm following up with this shampoo. It has been a job washing all bedding and vacuuming all cloth surfaces, pillows, and carpeting thoroughly. So far so good. No live lice on anyone in the house. As a matter of fact I haven't found any lice at all in anyone's hair after treating everyone with these methods. It is a slow killing shampoo so it does not kill lice instantly, but does work to get any stragglers that are missed by other methods. Fingers crossed it continues to work!

We used as a precaution after the NIX treatment. Used for 2 weeks after. It gave me piece of mind knowing should anything have survived, the Vamousse would kill it! Who would want to deal with lice twice?!

First I purchased 15 of these and the box was pretty sturdy (which I appreciated). During shipping to Guam something leaked inside the box though. Thankfully the leak was contained in the box and didn't cause an issue with USPS delivering my order. I don't know if there is something against it, but it would have been nice if the tops of the bottles were secured shut with tape or a sticker to prevent it from opening. It wasn't a good idea to clean the outside of the bottles with babywipes (it made the shampoo foam) so plain water and paper towels worked best. Overall, I'm glad we received the product and we're looking forward to using it as my kids return back to school and childcare. Thank you!

BEFORE YOU USE THIS: it is NOT a treatment to k!ll the lice. You must buy a treatment kit first! Then wait 7-10 days and do ANOTHER treatment kit. This shampoo is for *everyday hair washes in between treatments %26 also 14 days AFTER the last treatment*!! To better understand the results (bc it's not immediate to ridding the hair of them) visit their website and look at the case studies! I believe it took 4-5 washes in the shampoo for them to die. This is great to help reduce their life cycle in between treatments because some of those buggers are absolutely incredible at staying hidden and alive. Also please please please use a lice comb every 2-3 days after you shower with wet hair and detangler..even if it's a quick 5-10min comb check. — we had been battling this for almost 6months !!!! These products GUARANTEE lice free and mention combing is optional! No way! Combing is a MUST. With treatments, preventative shampoo and quick comb checks plus regular combing sessions, your odds are the highest of ending this awful dilemma! We've spent so much money trying to dead the issue.. but we weren't combing at first because it was “optional”. Keep up the work, I promise it'll pay off <3 sending big hugs mama..you got this!

As someone with a lot of long, dark hair I am terrified of getting lice. This stuff has proven to work. I even wash my laundry with it. It does dry your hair out a little bit, so I use a little extra conditioner after using the shampoo.

used shampoo twice weekly for 2 months, washed the bedding daily, sprayed all non porous surfaces with the spray following each use of the shampoo, and used vamouse daily in between. all 4 of us ended up needing the"LiceKiller" product to actually get rid of the bugs

I will not ever buy this again. It's done absolutely nothing for us. You truly are better off taking the time and taking a comb to get of lice. I'm very disappointed in this shampoo along with all the comments that said it worked!

I gave one star as zero stars not an option. Had no impact as a 2 week followup to Vamousse Head Lice Treatment. Use Vamousse Head Lice Treatment again in 7 days not the shampoo.
