This is a skincare serum, not a moisturizing/hydrating lotion. B3 is Niacinamide. You'll need a lotion/cream on top. But it's pretty cool to have affordable bodycare with good actives!
lightweight formula. it absorbs super fast and leaves skin velvety and soft. it has a pleasant scent not greasy at all. perfect for the spring and summer months.
For the money, this is one of the best things I’ve used in a long time. It smells great it’s not greasy. It’s not heavy, but it really works. I no longer have to buy a separate vitamin C serum.

I love this lotion so much!!! It's not sticky on my skin and it keeps my skin soft and feels hydrated all day, I also use this on my face because it's non greasy and I can put make up on top of it leaving my face looks moisturized
It smells chemically like box hair color and leaves skin feeling sticky
