I bought this after seeing something advertised at more than 2 X cost. I got one for my son and husband... and then ended up getting one for myself. Great if you use CPAP, have neck pain, or just need a new pillow.

There was a horrible smell that gave me a headache, finally I googled about a strong smell and it said use baking soda in the washer and I washed 2 pillows at once; I was worried but, I have a big washer and it did get heavy but, I put it on extra spin 3 times. Then unzipped it and put it in the dryer, it took about 3 times in the dryer to dry all the way out and the button in the middle on the pillow case is a snap button so I figured out in the future I can just wash the pillow case alone. But, along with my wonderful smelling detergent and liquid fabric softener and a box of baking soda the memory foam can be washed; and it smells so clean and fresh and no more headache. Google said the smell could be washed away and it worked for me. I love the coolness of the pillow case and I am glad that the factory smell could be washed out of the memory foam. It is a wonderful comfortable pillow.

I honestly don't know why I did not buy this sooner. Within a week my neck and shoulder pain was so much better. I will even carry this on vacations. I will sleep on nothing else. The quality is good for the money and firmness is good. This pillow also keeps my head cool!

As an individual with fibromyalgia, I've chronic pain everywhere. I've a straight neck, and arthritis in my neck. My head has always been sensitive to pillows due to my neck/headaches. Typically, the flat pillows are more comfortable for me. I've tried memory foam, it was too firm and it would increase neck pain/headaches. Years later here I am researching again. I read the reviews for this and I liked what I read. I took a chance and bought it. To me, it feels like it's helping. It's comfortable. No headaches. No neck pain. The only thing that's irritating is where you put your arms when side sleeping. I'm not used to having my arm in this position, but am forcing myself to use this pillow correctly so it helps me. I use a regular standard pillow case as this does not come with a pillow case.

I move my head during sleep, ending up with on-and-off neck pains for months. This is the only cervical pillow that helped. Reasonable for the price too.

Like so much I bought 2 more and was asked to buy another one. The pillow is very comforting and supportive. I don't wake up with a stiff neck or lower back pain!

Overall a cool to touch pillow and supports neck. Only thing I didn't like was the button in the center hole and the side wings that when turning in sleep press against my cheeks. Might be good for just back sleepers. No odors comes in small box wrapped up so when you open it give it time to decompress. Nice soft material.

Its a nice pillow if you want a semi-firm cervical pillow. I only rated it as I did because I like incredibly hard/firm pillows that can support my neck as I'm a side sleeper. Because of its semi-firmness, I use an ultra thin pillow underneath this one to support my head. Its works good and feels ok.

Bought previously another one from another seller and is great, with same price, but I wanted to have a second one for days when I clean up the other one. This one is covered with a plastic material and even the shape is not as great for the first one my because they come compressed, you do not know what you bought till pillow gains final shape. So I couldn't return.

The problem with this pillow is once you put it between your two knees during the process of sleeping it slips and slide slides, and you wind up with it all the way down to your ankles in the morning not good. It does not stay in place at all in the elastic has stretched out out of place thank you.
