Vegan, Flaxseed Oil, Omega-3, 90 Vegan Caps

I've been taking these for a few months now and feel great that I am doing something good for my body. As a life long vegetarian, gelatin capsules, encapsulating flax seed oil, isn't sufficient. I had to look hard and long to find this product. This is a real vegan product!

I have whole flaxseeds that I can grind before putting into my morning smoothie, but on days when I skip a smoothie or just can’t be bothered w/ the grinder, these pills do the trick and are so much easier to take!! This product is the perfect solution to my needs. My doctor advised me to take flaxseed oil daily, but it can be challenging to remember the liquid. These capsules make it much easier by allowing me to consume the flaxseed oil along with my regular morning vitamins. As a vegan, I'm grateful for the gelatin-free aspect as well. I am a vegetarian and I was looking for a vegetarian source for omega 3 fatty acids. This is organic and vegan. The price is amazing. My skin is looking good (not dull and dry). I think it is helping me overall. No after taste. I will definitely purchase it again.

I shop with a tight budget. These oil tablets make it easy to include flax oil in my diet, and purchased 2-for-1 on sale, a great price. All three omegas are included in an organic, vegan formula. Unlike bottled flax oil, these are easier to digest. Slightly odd taste, unless washed down quickly with water. Easy to swallow.
