I put one little scoop into my water or cold brewed tea daily and it helps with my alleries. I have seasonal allergies and especially oak trees give me trouble (they surround my house) and simce taking this supplement I dont need to take an allergy pill anymore. My joints also ache alot less. It seems to be helping ease all inflammation in my body.
