Just the right dosage to go with your Vitamin D and USP verified quality product. It is not the cheapest Vitamin K, but the best quality.

No more AM headaches
I am so glad I found this stuff. I was having headaches every morning upon awakening, and then I was advised to start taking this and ever since then I wake up pain free. I can't believe it, its like a miracle. I will continue to take this, and I was told this is a good brand.

K2 and D3 helping build bone strength.
Small pill, easy to swallow. Won't really know if it's helpful until I have another bone scan. A friend whose Dr. Recommended it to her along with vitamin D3 said it helped his patients so I'm trying it. Have been taking the D3 for several years now. He does not recommend taking the combined pill K2+D3.

Hopefully it's helping
Hm. I have mixed feelings about this. I like that it's only vitamin K and not vitamin K plus something else because I'm already taking a multivitamin and calcium that has a bunch of other stuff added to it ( though not vitamin K. Kind of baffling that it's not common to find vitamin K in all of these calcium supplements marketed to women). I hope that it is what the label says it is and that it's helping my bones and heart health, but I have no way to measure any of this so I can't realistically rate its effectiveness. I was pretty irritated when I saw the size of the bottle. These are tiny and take up probably just over a quarter inch of the bottle, so it's a lot of unnecessary plastic.

I don't know if it works or not, this is a respectable brand. My issue is with Walmart's price. You can get it cheaper at Walgreens
