Nature Made Zinc 30mg
I read many reviews regarding the best brands of supplements and decided to go with Nature Made. 25mg of Zinc a day is the recommended doseage, but I have been unable to find this dose in any of the recommended brands. I stagger my dose of Zinc to every other day hoping this will counteract the 30 mg. I do recommend Nature Made.

Nature Made Zinc Supplement
This 2-pack of Nature Made Zinc is a good value, especially considering a purchase of just 1 bottle is around $8. Family takes this supplement during the cold/flu season to help boost immunity. Nature Made brand is well respected.
