Nature Made Super B Energy Complex Softgels, Dietary Supplement, 60 Count

I just started taking HRT for post-menopausal. My doctor recommended taking B vitamins. I chose B complex, and it has been a game-changer for me. My energy has improved tremendously. I literally need to take these every day.

I have been searching for a B-Complex vitamin that are soft-gels and finally I came across this Nature Made Super B that are soft-gels. I have a difficult time swallowing most massive B complex pills, plus the smell gags me. These soft-gels solved all my problems. They are small in size and very easy to swallow. Great Product!! .... These probably work great. I was buying this needing a small bottle for international travel. The bottle is maybe 10x bigger than it needs to be. So it's going back as Asia airline luggage constraints don't allow for this greedy footprint.

Everyone had had said how great these vitamins were and gave you energy. It did not work for me at all, but I do have thyroid disease so maybe why it's why didn't work for me. If you do have Thyroid disease, I would definitely positively would not recommend this.

cannot recomend anything never delivered , or at the worst was hijacked , i did have issues when driver was felivering to Un monitored area in the back yard , after some negative delivery reviews , deliverys to main street front of house have resumed
