I bought two of these. One for me and one for my husband. They are quality strong material for good price. They can be adjusted to very tight or just to brace. I would recommend them for exercise and daily wear but maybe not as an actual waist trainer bc of the way the straps attach you cannot actually cinch down to very very tight if that's what you're looking for. Good fit and clean design. I'd buy again.

This binder is suitable only when worn for short periods of time. If you need to wear it for longer I'd suggest taking it off and putting it back on because it tends to bunch up due to my poor posture.
