Verizon TCL 5G, Prepaid Smartphone, Diamond Grey

the phone is phenomenal in every way and I would highly recommend the company's wireless earbuds also to compliment this purchase. The only issue I found is when you get the phone, call Verizon and ask for the correct 5G SIM card, as I found that the one originally placed in the device is not fully compatible, and you will experience some calling issues. Otherwise, it has all of the features of a higher priced 5G model and in my mind, being a former Samsung owner for years, blows the Samsung's away hands down.

Unfortunately I broke the first one I bought but I loved it enough to buy a new one. It's impressive and I'm happy with it

I absolutely love my phone! so much so i am ordering one for my mom! The screen is large, clear pictures and music/video content. Has a 64gb for pictures/videos which is a must!

A slick desing it does what you expect, ready and easy to set up right out of the box. Verizon customer service was great help to port a number. 5G signal is good I had coverage everywhere except inside a building but I later find out it was because of the equipment in the building (radiology clinic). I am happy with both the phone and the service and I'll recommend both to anybody thinking of a prepaid phone/plan.

Terrible phone to have with a toddler that knows how to navigate the phone but not when it locks. He watches videos and plays learning games. If you try to unlock the screen 5 times unsuccessfully, it automatically factory resets and you lose all your photos and videos. There isn't a way to change this. I have tried to put my photos on memory card which I thought was happening but apparently wasn't. I would give the cameras 5 stars because they are excellent. I miss my Galaxy.

loved it up till 24 hours ago it just quit working completely don't know what happened

I purchased on Cyber Monday for $80 %26 shipped me not only the cheapest wrong phone they had but REDURBISHED and used as well! When i contacted Walmart i stated i did not want a refund bc it was now DOUBLE the cost, they said seller could send a replacement no problem! (bc they are third party). Contacted seller %26 stated wasnt allowed to send replacement! Contacted Walmart 3 more times which THEY contacted seller and have final warning to send my replacement %26 STILL REFUSED! Walmart had to refund me, give me a free $10 gift card for troubles %26 find me not to worry about shipping his crappy phone back!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM WALMART THOUGH!

I was super disappointed when i gave this to my daughter as a present for her birthday completely unaware this was a refurbished device!! It sold as a new device not a refurbished one. Hopefully ut works as it should when i set it up later.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Purchased this phone 9 months ago and it cannot connect up to a network so I need to get a new phone already. Pointless to get an upgraded phone for it to be junk already.
