it's so easy to add directly to the phone. put the phone number in and after payment is received it's added to the phone automatically. if I have to use the email pin it's easy and fast too. recommended. I really like the convenience. Thank you.

I paid for a $40 refill card that i never received
its a pain just to get your phone back on when you are on the prepaid calling plan first you have no Internet to order the refill car on the Walmart app.an wnen I finally was able to use hot spot wn oder a redill car i didnt get it right away i have to go to my email an find it some how but had no luck.

Completely a hassle
This was ridiculous. It was never received to my email. I had to reach out to customer service multiple times before someone gave me an alternative way to get the pin code. I'll never do this again because they do not offer refunds if you don't receive it.

I just need help with this order. I can't seem to get any help. Now I'm out 40 bucks 8 in fees andvwith no phone. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE CARDS!!!

Really annoyed
I started my son on the $40 prepaid Verizon Wireless prepaid for Christmas 2017. Now it's the end of January, and time to get him a new phone card. Well guess what. Walmart claims "OUT OF STOCK" for this item! $30 card won't work with a smart phone. They're trying to force me to buy the $50 card, which is NOT HAPPENING. (And then they tack on a $1.50 "merchandising fee"! Man, am I ticked!!! How can a Verizon Wireless product be out of stock??? Doesn't Walmart keep in touch with Verizon Wireless to tell them "hey, we need more $40 phone cards!" I am extremely annoyed about it.
