Verizon Airspeed 4G, Black- Prepaid Hotspot

The hotspot is easy to manage and use. The hardest part of the whole setup was getting a live person at Verizon to set up account. Other than that the device is small and works great.

It works for what we need, but the battery dies quick so it needs to be charged everyday like a cell phone.

The hotspot is a good buy…but it doesn't come with a manual…and navigating the menu options on the website (of the hotspot) is not so easy.

The Hotspot is a good buy- but it's a little of a pain to navigate the website to adjust the features- but you can get the hang of it. It's a good price and reliable- you just have to purchase a SIM Card and get Service to use it😊.

Verizon is very confusing how many days and band width is offered in product? Also do you need Verizon account or not -- does not leave very comfortable opening the product as you may have to return it if it does not work

I didn't know that you had to buy a SIM card and what kind to buy. No instructions on how to setup came with it.

I bought this Airspeed hotspot . i conacted the company to activate the hotspot. but was told that the deveice was not scanned into system this was a present to a friend of my. because it was not scanned into system the hotspot is a $50.00 paperweight. And i also bought her a $45.00 verizon prepaid card that is also can not be used. so i spent $95.00 for a present thatis useless. Do not buy! I brought 25GB, used less than 2GB on my first day. 2nd day there was an update that left me with ONLY 3.71GB. I prepaid $60 dollars and was only able to get 2 days worth of work due to the update sucking up all my data. Thats $30 dollars per day! I am not a verizon customer, I only bought this device for vacation. The photo is what I had left after the update, before the update I had 23GB, it was only day 2 and I was on vacation for a week.

The device still has an activation lock on the airspeed mobile hotspot. I am not happy! Will never buy through a third party again! Make sure you scan the items thoroughly next time! So we can use our stuff.

Not activated when sold, store employees say they can't activate it. One person said if they refunded it it fries the device! Nothing but a run around.
