It works perfectly and it's exactly as described. Absolutely what I needed. The instructions are ridiculous. They are so unclear, the pieces aren't lettered or numbered to differentiate between components. It was just "component 1" and then you had to guess off it was the right component based on a sketch/outline. I'm a single female and I did get it done but there were multiple times I cursed the writer of those instructions. Label the pieces with a small sticker like the Flat Pack furniture.
it just arrived im pulling it out of box and the first shelf is all bent up. wont let me submit all photos. might revise if more is wrong when put together.
The instructions had missing steps. Box had missing parts. (Clips). Metal tubing does feel durable. The threads are thick. The wire shelves bend and twist. The clips are plastic. The clips have 'top' inscribed on them which is handy and a protrusion that kinda snaps into grooves in the metal tubing. It's CheapChinese furniture so you get what you pay for. I think it can handle 600lbs of clothing. And the feet are threaded for 5/16 if you want to put casters on.
Box came torn up. It was extremely hard to put together. A couple parts and a screw were missing. Didn't seem as sturdy as I would need. Good size though
make sure to anchor into a wall or it will not be sturdy. make sure all parts are there before putting together, easier with 2 people. does a good job in kids closet. wish it was a little taller.
wrong size poles on one size (top poles were of different length shorter). one rack was slightly damaged also missing hanging rod and clip. i will manage and improvise do not want the hassle of returning product. parts should be double checked before shipping.
