I like ultrasonic cleaners, but this one especially. Most only have up to 10min run time. This one starts at 30mins(you can set it lower) and it warns not to run more than 1 hour. It is designed for tools OR jewlery, so my wife and I can both use it!

Doesn't have basket
Came with the wrong plug end. Must be something oversees
This device shows having a basket and a drain valve even a tool to help remove items from the cleaner. No basket, no tool and no drain. Contacted the shipper to refund or exchange for the device at would be upgraded and the instructions clearly says don't put any item on the floor of the tank as it can be damaged. I don't want to damage when I'm just trying to clean small items like coins and jewelry. As of this morning I have sent 10 emails to try to fix the problem and I have even asked if there's a place to purchase accessories like the basket like it recommends and no contact has been attempted by the shipper so I will be contacting the seller Walmart for a resolution for this matter.
This unit does not clean. It makes a lot of noise like its working, but the transducers do not transfer the energy to the liquid. The water heater works, however the temperature control over shoots the set point. The appearance of unit is very nice. I love the valve on the tank for draining the 6 liter volume. I really wanted this cleaner to work. I liked the price point as well. If I start with dirty parts and I end up with dirty parts, somethings not working correct. When I went to return this item, I was informed that this purchase was through Marketplace and not Walmart and Walmart could not process the return, even though I had the return paperwork from Walmart. I requested a manager who assisted the very nice associate to process the return. I have made my last purchase through Walmart as a result of this experience. The return at the store took over an hour.
