You won't know for quite some time if these are effective. I did some reasonable research and found the manufacturer to be high quality, and based on that plus several good reviews ... I picked this one above many others to choose from. There are many companies putting out OTC products, so it all seems overwhelming. Good luck.

one capsule has 700mg. when these were out of stock, I bought another brand that you needed to take 2 to get 800mg, and they were more expensive, as long as these are available, I'll be buying these.

I am very pleased with vhnutrition pomegranate 700 have been taking month 1/2 and after two weeks noticed the change in energy level and digestive health NOT hard on stomach take one in AM and another 8 hrs later always with 8oz. of water ( 8oz or more water a must) So far very pleased and price very reasonable😎

My doctor recommended I take a pomegranate supplement as an anti-inflammatory and to help with blood pressure. They work! The original pills I was taking were 500mg and I had to take three a day. This was not only more expensive but inconvenient. These pills from VH nutrition are 700mg so I only need two a day, one in the morning and one in the evening with my other pills. Much easier to remember dosage. I feel better AND my blood pressure has decreased! I hope they work as well for you as they do for me.

Easy to swallow and gives me the pomegranate I take daily to help with my cholesterol withought having to drink sugary juice. Plus the pills are a better value than buying a lot of juice!

taking this product for a month so far. Don't see any results. It was a waste of money! my blood pressure hasn't gone down. im a diabetic on strick low sugar an low salt diet!
