I like how it makes me more regular. I have more energy. I feel healthier. The downsides are the taste. I would suggest to mix it with cranberry juice. Everything else makes it hard to drink. With some of my family it has given them slight diarrhea, but after about a week it became normal. Overall it's a great product.

This is a really good habit, and so easy, I take it 3-times a day, which makes sure I get some goodness, no matter what meals I skip or what other 'food' ( snacks ) I might 'imbibe'. All greens are good, this is great, and it has a detailed label to let you compare, no 'proprietary' mix - read it and be impressed.

These are my favorite powdered greens! I'm glad they don't have some weird flavor. They have a long list of ingredients that come from natural sources that feeds my whole system. I have more energy and I feel better using these greens.

For those times you need green vegetables but would really prefer a smoothie. I add a little protein powder and either a frozen 1/2 banana OR 6 frozen strawberries. I'm not going to lie to you, by itself, it definitely tastes green - but then don't they all?

I'm just beginning to learn about good nutrition, but one thing for sure about this product is that it's already working its magic, at least for me. After only 5 days and combined with a protein shake I was already taking before trying this product, I take it in the morning with a 6oz of OJ plus the other product and it completes the energy boost I was looking for to get me through the day. For a guy in my early fifties I always wanted to nap after lunch, but not any more. Count me in for a lifelong subscription.

Love that you can see exactly what is in this product. It tastes like greens. Not terrible but not yummy. I add lemon juice to it to make it a little more tolerable.

This keeps me cleansed from impurities. I have not been sick with any colds or such in quite some years. It also depends on what's in your body. This helps me maintain my intake of vitamins that my body needs.

When I ordered this product I thought it was the same product we used to drink for 25 years! But when I got it we were very disappointed because the original is DARK GREEN NOT SWEET and the one we received was LIGHT GREEN AND SWEET! It is not the SAME PRODUCT! YAZMIN COMPANY is selling a FAKE ONE, I called Walmart to return it they told me I don't have to, they reimbursed my money back right away $112.65, I threw it away as soon as I hang with Walmart
