Vibrant Life Bamboo Cat Slicker Grooming Brush

My 2 cats absolutely love this brush. I have the furminator brush and the Grooming Gloves and my cats have never acted with those as though they do with these!! It removes fur as well as the Furminator does which says a lot but is much more animal friendly as far as the bristles go. I'm extremely impressed and so are my kitties

This is a lovely easy-to-hold bamboo catbrush. The overall head is approximately 2.5 x 4 inches, with the bristle portion being 1.5 x 3 inches. The handle is easy to hold and substantial enough for large hands. My cat enjoys being brushed and this one worked great to remove loose hair. One of my small dogs enjoyed it too!

I originally had a large stocky slicker with a button to help remove hair. I got this cause it was smaller and bamboo instead of plastic, and some of the ends were bent on my last one. I am so glad I did! It is smaller than other slickers I've had, but it is SO comfortable in my hand! My cat has a very very soft fur, almost like rabbit, and this makes it so much softer feeling, while helping remove excess shed. She loves it so much she lets me hold her face to brush her cheeks! She didn't do this so much with my big clunky one. Also, the fur is not hard to remove at all and generally comes out in a nice clean lil sheet. The one with the button to push it out actually left more hair behind in the brush than this, because it would get stuck in the holes that the bristles would go through to clear it. My cat and I both love it and I keep it out and ready for when she wants some brushing.

This bamboo slicker brush did a great job getting our cat, Nalabelle's, loose fur off of her. She does not overly like to be brushed but this she didn't mind much. She feels so much better when the spring shed comes & she gets the loose fur off of her. She looks nice & feels softer too. This was very easy to clean & held a lot of fur before needing to be cleaned out. She may not look happy in the picture but I assure you she is!

I received this Vibrant Life Bamboo Cat Slicker Grooming Brush for review. honestly my cats didn't care for it. They don't like the stiff wires. I have 2 short hair and 1 long hair cat. None would sit still for this brush. However, my dog loved the brush. When he saw the brush he got very excited and starting bumping cats out of the way. He is a cocker spaniel mix so he has plenty of hair to brush. It removed quite a bit of hair that would have ended up matted. The image attached is hair from just one ear. If you have cats that are pre-conditioned to being brushed the Vibrant Life Bamboo Cat Slicker Grooming Brush would probably work well. The quality of the Vibrant Life Bamboo Cat Slicker Grooming Brush is nice. It's an attractive brush with the bamboo handle but it is, otherwise, like any other slicker brush. Because of the wire bristles I would take care not to brush too hard. The wires can be pretty ruff on your pets skin. Yes. I would recommend this brush for your pets. Cats or dogs.

it takes the hair off slowly but it is heavy and hard to use.

The bristles come out. i would love it if not for that.
