Vibrant Life Chomp and Tug Buddy Squeaky Bones Dog Chew Toy

I love that this toy has two bones and two ropes. I have two huskies so it is perfect for them to play tug and they also each took one bone and and concentrated very intensely on killing the bone and getting the squeaker, in which they succeeded. Even though the bones didn't last long the rope is still holding on strong. It gives them a lot of mental and physical stimulation playing tug and fighting to be the top dog. I absolutely love this toy and I love watching the girls play. It's not even close to coming apart so I would say its very sturdy and great quality.

My dogs absolutely loves this dog toy. They have so much fun tugging and pulling at it and they do it for hours. I love the dog bones design on it. It's actually a beautifully made dog toy. It's super durable . The material is excellent. Dogs love it.

I received the VibrantLife Chomp and tug Buddy dog toy that is made in a two tone blue color in exchange for this review. This is a dog toy that has a mixture of soft and more hard parts to give your dogs a variety of options for play time. There is a hard rope in this toy that is super tough with three knots and can withstand a lot of tugs. The rope fibers floss the dog’s teeth too. It also has two soft pillow type bones within the rope and both bones have squeakers in them. This is suggested for a medium sized dog. It has a suggested moderate chew level 3 out of 5. My dog really seems to enjoy chewing on the rope and definitely likes trying to make the soft bones squeak. He’s not really a tugger but did enjoy running and fetching. Can’t say how it will hold up since we haven’t had it very long but it seems to be made well, it just depends on your dog. Mine is an older dog so I’m sure we’ll have it for a while since we don’t give him any toys unsupervised, for safety reasons.

This squeaky tough tug rope is the perfect thing for my sheltie dog. He just loves it. Is soft and tough all in one and big enough for him to chew on it as he is a chewer. I feel this product is very well made and highly recommend it to anyone that has a dog who loves to play tug or just chomp away at it and make noises with it. It is very durable and Rocky loves it.

We have a golden doodle that loves playing with and chewing on toys. She was delighted to get this Chomp & Tug Buddy. The chew level given by the manufacturer is 3 out of 5, which is just right for our pup. She goes easy on chewing her soft toys but is relentless on shaking and throwing all her toys. This toy was a hit with her, letting her find the squeaker pretty quickly as well as untie one of the knots. I tie it again periodically to let her be proud of untying it. It is currently her favorite toy; she will occasionally bring it over for a tug session but wants to make sure no one takes it away while doing that. Overall, I think this is a good toy for a medium chewer. If you have a power chewer, it probably won't last long.

A fairly large squeak toy, it should be ideal for larger dogs. Material seems tough and very durable. Size helps to keep it from being easily lost, like some smaller squeak toys are. The only issue I have is that it can be difficult to find the right spots to make the toy squeak, so it lost a star only for that reason.

This is a good dog toy for a medium chewer. I would not recommend for heavy chewers though. The colors are vibrant and the dogs thoroughly enjoyed it. They play tug of war with it. They haven't been able to get the squeekers out yet. I would recommend.

Our 3-year old Red Tick Coonhound took to the VibrantLife Chomp & Tug Buddy dog toy instantly. She loves pulling apart rope toys until they are nothing but strings, and she loves pulling the stuffing - and especially the squeekers - out of plush toys. The Chomp & Tug Buddy satisfied both of her likes! It took her about an hour and a half to remove both squeekers from the plush portions of the toy, and about 3 hours total to have the plush portions removed from the rope completely. The knots at either end came undone within 20-30 minutes. If you have a small breed dog that likes to passively chew, the VibrantLife Chomp & Tug Buddy may be ideal, but if you have a large breed dog that loves to destroy toys as fast as she can, this toy might not last very long. Nine days after we gave our dog the toy, all she has left is a bundle of blue string strands from the rope. She still loves playing with it, but it is unrecognizable as the toy we gave her!

Cute toy, but didn't stand a chance against my crew. First off if your dog is a de- fluffer or has an intense urge to destroy all things squeaky, then get your broom and dust pan ready. I think the squeaker was out with in the first 5 minutes or less. Then came the ripping and tearing and pulling out all of the fluff. Even the rope portion of the toy was unknotted and being chewed to shreds within a half hour. Dont get me wrong, if you have a sweet calm dog that loves to just carry his toy around proudly then this would do. However, if you have a dog that moonlights on a demo crew as I apparantly do, then do not spend the money on this toy. As it will not stand up to much real chewing.
