Vibrant Life Dog Undercoat Rake Grooming Brush

I was thinking that this tool would be cheap and ineffective but decided to try it as it was less than $5. I just deshedded my golden retriever two days ago with the expensive Furminator comb and this $5 tool cleared an additional grocery bag full of undercoat! I was shocked! He was relaxed during the grooming and and seemed to truly enjoy the sensation of this comb. I was able to comb and deshed his withers and bushy tail, usually his most sensitive areas, with no complaints or objections. I highly recommend this tool in your grooming arsenal!

This thing is awesome! I was skeptical bc the prongs aren't very long. The Great Pyrenees I'm currently fostering has very long hair and sheds SO much. I used it for about 30 minutes the first time and got a LOT of hair out. I immediately noticed a difference in the reduced amount of fur all over my house. Now I only have to run it through his hair about once a day for 1-5 minutes. This product is inexpensive, but works so great!

I love this rake. It works really well for my Australian Shepherd. She likes it too because it gets a lot of her loose hair out of her body better than a brush. I do use a brush also at this rate helps quite a bit it's a very comfortable to hang on to and it does not hurt the skin of my dog.

My GSD sheds terribly. This comb really helps eliminate the need for daily vacuuming. I brush her 1x per week. It's gentle, and she actually looks forward to being groomed The comb removes gobs of loose hair and helps with her itching.

Works good for undercoat to get out/prevent mats. You just have to be really careful because these are hard steal like bristles that will definitely hurt or injur if you scrape the skin. You kind of have to use your fingers to protect the skin.

This brush is the best I have found for my Pom mix baby. She loves how it feels too. After I use this on her coat she looks like she has been to the groomer! Great purchase.

I have two long haired dogs; border collie and golden retriever and this is the best brush I've used on either of them. My border collie has extremely thick and poofy hair and this gets all of his under coat

Exactly what I needed for my dog who "blows out" her undercoat twice a year--can gently remove undercoat without damaging longer coat and no tangling. Comfortable grip--seems very well made and not outrageously priced.

I hoped this would help with our Central Asian Shepherds shedding but it really didn't work well for the amount of hair he has during his yearly shed. It didn't really grab like I thought it would.

Not for any type of short haired dog. The “teeth” are too long and seems like it's just scratching the dog instead of removing hair. Will be returning.
