This is the first flea and tick collar I've ever used on my Chihuahua. I've been using the drops for 13 years. Considering the price and protection for this long protection acting collar, I decided to try it. Cassie had been scratching when she was treated with the drops. I've noticed that she's stopped since wearing the collar. She's happy with wearing the collar and it's providing her with the protection needed.

I'm pleased with their flea collars. You definitely should also spray inside and outside for fleas. If you don't don't expect a miracle collar. It protects pretty good if I give flea baths first and spray our yards. It doesn't work passed a few months in my opinion.

My poor little dog Billy couldn't rest he had fleas so bad. I'd tried other remedies and flea shampoos, bathing him often ( his worst nightmare). This flea collar is so affordable I thought if it didn't work, I hadn't lost much. To my surprise as soon as I put it on him he had immediate relief. He no longer was itching, scratching, biting at the fleas. He could rest. I'm very impressed!

works great to keep the pests off him. I take it off him for a few days for breaks because it causes irritation on the skin (pinkness and itchiness) on the neck of my dog. He has no known other allergies, He's an 11 lb American toy fox terrier smooth coat. (short and kind of thin hair)

Before I Put This Collar On My Dog I Gave Her A Bath In Her Flea And Tick Shampoo And Washed And Dryed All Her Bedding And Made Sure My Home Was Flea Free. But Over A Week Afterwards She Still Has Fleas.I Have Used These Collars In The Past And They Have Worked Really Well. But This One Has Not . I Followed All The Directions And Still Not Working , I Will Have To Go Back To The Monthly Treatments Again Soon I Guess.

I bought 2 collars for 2 medium sized dogs. I have always liked the Adams sprays but the dogs didnt so thought the collars would be good too...NOT. It's been 2 weeks, and they have more fleas now than when they started. Yes, i did activate them 1st. I even gave the dogs a bath and dried them b4 i put them on. Very disappointing. I guess ill have to go back to the vet to start the pills again. I will still use the sprays occasionally bc they r a good product but it seems like it has to actually touch the flea to kill them, which it does do quickly. I was just hoping for the ease of a flea collar. pics below. The 2nd dog looks as bad as the 1st but he was too embarrassed to roll over to show u so i just showed spots waste of money.

Bought 2 of these for my dogs. My dogs have never had fleas till recently. So when they both got them this year I jumped into action. I bought these asap. I gave them both a flea bath before using these. I made sure they were both dry before I put the colors on them. I shampooed my carpets, flea bombed my house %26 cleaned all my bedding. All on the same day. When I woke up my dogs were still scratching. I looked at them and they both had fleas on them !!!!

My dog has been terrorized by fleas this year. I have used Adams spray on her along with the household spray to get some control and usually this works ok. I decided to get a flea collar instead to keep constant control of fleas. However, t his has not worked. Even with spraying the house , the collar on her and spraying outside the problem has not subsided at all. Either the fleas have become immune to it or it just doesn't work .

My dog starts scratching once I put this around his neck so I take it off I'm not sure if it's burning his skin but he always has a bad reaction to that collar also he seems to mess up the texture of his skin around the neck and the texture of his fur. I don't recommend this will cause irritation and cause your dog to itch

Soon after putting on the collar, my dog started having choking fits and soon developed conjunctivitis. I though she needed to go to the vet; then considered the collar. After I removed the collar and gave her bath, the choking stopped immediately, although it took several days of home care for her eyes to heal.. I bought this same collar last year, and didn't have any of these problems. Something has changed. This one was dusty, in spite of rinsing it off.
