I have used it for years. Worked at a veterinarian clinic and a wildlife shelter where we also used this product on birds for lice. I still use it when needed on my African Grey parrot being that it has been proven safe and effective all the years.

As soon as I sprayed it on my dog the fleas couldn't get away fast enough. My dog is 9 years old and I've had him since he was 8 mos. old. I live in a wilderness area where the fleas are relentless. I've tried EVERYTHING over the years with no success. This works.

Sprayed it on my floors and could watch the fleas start dying! Kills fleas on pet's beds, areas they lay, carpets, furniture, you name it! Not a very good smell but it doesn't linger very long. A little bit goes a long way! Didn't try spraying it directly on my cats so I don't know how that works.

It's almost scary how well this spray works. I have a miniature longhair dachshund and a Great Pyrenees/border collie mix. They both became really infested with fleas less than two weeks after applying Frontline Shield to their skin. It was really bad. This spray was all I had on hand for flea treatment and I went to town on both of my dogs from top to bottom. I wasn't even finished spraying either dog and fleas were already jumping off left and right! It was so satisfying to watch! I went ahead and bought the bigger sized bottle and the large bottle of shampoo.

The term flea and tick makes you think stinky smell, and yuck! Adams has been in the business of keeping pets free from scratching at fleas for a long time. We've used their products for a good 30 years with great results. I highly recommend this easy to spray bottle that allows for on pet and on sleeping blanket spraying. Follow the directions for the best results. The fragrance is nice, pleasing to the nose. Your pets will not smell like they have been treated for fleas. We use in our Kennel program too.

have been using this for years. seems like this year we've had *super* fleas, because they've been next to impossible to eradicate. i've treated the yard, the house, the dog....it's insane. that said, my complaint about adams is their lack of quality control......numerous bottles have arrived leaking. this is NOT walmarts fault, this is poor bottle design. i've gotten a few that appear to have a better design (neck of bottle fits more snugly) but then the next bottles had the old design and leaked everywhere. for what it costs, this is NOT acceptable!!! but it does seem to work, and when it's dry, smells great. personally, i don't like the botanical version, it seems oily and sort of stinky

So I love this item works well for both my dog and cats and furniture ,but it was shipped to me with the Cap twisted off some so everything in my bag was wet and I lost more then half the bottle which was and is really depressing cause for me to get a new one or a refund I have to spend more then I'd get back for the item even tho I'd like to get a new bottle but uh oh well I love this stuff for like I said everything

I bought this to use my older cat and dog after the oral pills did not get rid of the fleas completely. Not only did it not work but it made my cats fur fall out and caused my dog to vomit profusely! This was so upsetting. Be cautious, it smells terribly bad as well. I used it twice for each baby. The first time I used it a little in a spot where they couldnt lick it, I waited a couple of days then did it again after a bath. The first time they both seemed distressed but I didnt see fur loss, second time my cats fur was coming out and large patches of dry skin. My dog vomitted a little the first time but it was much much more the second time.

We rescued 4 kittens that were covered in fleas. I was looking for something cheaper than the capstar pills, so reviews for this spray looked great. I sprayed everywhere but their heads %26 rubbed in in good all over. The next day, I could still see fleas all over their faces, so I drenched a cotton pad with it %26 wiped their faces, head %26 neck down good. Fleas were crawling everywhere but not dying. Two came off on the cotton pad, which was wet with Adam's spray, so I watched them for 15 minutes to see if they'd die. They didn't. They just kept crawling around on the pad. Guess I'll try bathing them in Dawn tomorrow. Hope I don't end up with fleas all over our garage. Also, Several people said this has a strong odor. I didn't notice any odor at all. Maybe I got a bad batch.

I should have trusted the negative reviews on this product. Being skeptical, when I purchased this product, I decided that before using it on my little dog that I would use it on my skin first. 1.. it smells almost exactly like gasoline!. 2. It burned my hand causing redness %26 itching! I would never put this on my dog. I would rather drive back to Walmart and return it than apply this product to my sweet little fur baby.
