I have (4) dogs (3) Large Dogs: 100lb 15yo Shepherd, 35lb 15yo pitty and a 65lb 3yo White lab mix that are all males. Then I have (1) small 7lb 18yo Chihuahua that is female. Obviously, she is the alpha dog and the rest really do respect and listen to her. Ok, sorry, my ADHD kicked in a little bit, back to the review. For as long as I can remember, I have only used this brand of shampoo except for the specialty dry skin ones. I do always use this one first before any other shampoo because, in my opinion, it is the best and wiping out fleas and ticks. It is also the best at keeping them away. I always keep two bottles in my cabinet so I don’t run out. If you’re looking for a good flea and tick shampoo for any kind of dog, I highly recommend this product. As long as you follow the instructions and warnings. (i.e. age of puppies) I can almost guarantee that you will not be disappointed. It is also the only one that I’ve used that did not give my dogs some kind of an upset stomach the next day. If you’re looking for a good flea and tick shampoo get this product. You will not be disappointed..

Yes basement got flea infected did not know an alarm went off go to basement tornado. My dogs where scratching terrible an all the expensive shampoo did not touch this one. It lathered killed fleas a soothed their skin their coat came out very good a shinny a smelled good. It is a terrific buy an I will keep stocked up on it. I wish I could get this for my cats to.

OMG! I've tried everything and nothing worked as fast as this flea shampoo on fleas! I will be buying again! I don't know how long it will last, but for just the immediate relief for my dogs of fleas, I'll take it! I

Chose this one since I cannot find the old fashioned green Hartz and it seems to work so far. Remember to rinse your dog well after using it... Clean but strong smell still in fur after days...but maybe that's what keeps the bugs away.

it worked, reviews say I may have to use again in a week, but I am going to apply flea and tick application (Frontline type) I also like that this was skin sensitive type Adams plus flea and tick shampoo.

i was looking for a safe alternative for my flea infested mini schnauzer. This is the best I've ever used! great lather left coat clean and soft.smells good and the pump works well. its my go to now.

Dogs had tons of fleas, this helped to get them clean initially. Not sure if it really helped “kill” fleas specifically but it was nice pre flea medicine treatment bath. I'd recommend if you're also following up with an oral or topical flea treatment

I’ve used this product many times before and works very well as long as you are doing the other required things to manage fleas e.g vacuum at least 2x per day and retreat per directions and doing the complete combing etc. To get rid of fleas, hard work, but using this product with other tasks then yes it’s great!

This product is absolutely great My dogs were getting infected from going outside with fleas and ticks and they were getting really irritated but when I bought this shampoo compared to hearts and other brands from PetSmart I really enjoy how you can actually tell it's kind of like a detergent shampoo kind of like a wanna be Dawn mixed with something but trust me If you buy the gloves that's for dogs and uses product and scrub them in their paws it really helps that odor like the yeast infection in their paws that you can give between and it really helps their skin Now mind you I do add coconut oil and shea butter to the skin afterwards

Apparently, other reviewers have nasal problems that could not smell the terrible offensive odor caused by this shampoo. It smells 10 times stronger than the worst hair spray ever created. It made me nauseated and gave me a horrific headache. Other relatives agreed that it had a strange offensive chemical odor. Don't care if it works to kill fleas. Deposited it in the trash where it belongs. Had to wash my dog 2 times trying to get rid of that smell. If you have allergies to chemical smells, tea tree oil or perfumes - do not buy this expensive shampoo. My dog also hated the scent the way he acted itching and sneezing. Nightmare.
