For the past two years I have noticed that my flea drops have not been working as usual! I have been fighting fleas to the point where I have to flea them and half way through the month when they start scratching from fleas again, I have to spray them down with the Adams and it gives them relief from the scratching! It's the only thing that kills the fleas on contact! I just wish it wasn't so hard to spray them, though!
Been using this since 1981 of course different formula back then had pyrathrins, now better formula, and still works. My vet first recommended this to me, which not only kills fleas and ticks but spray it on a q-tip and clean their ears out of ear mites. For ear mites, use everyday for 10 days then once a week for 4 weeks. I get insect bites especially around my ankles because I'm outside a lot so I spray it on my ankles and the pain and itch goes away. Might have to use it a couple times in the first few minutes.
Adam's is the only OTC product that actually keeps the fleas away. I have had an issue with flea infestation twice in the past 10 yrs, Spent a fortune on topical , oral etc but the Adam's products are the only ones to work consistently and quickly, It's affordable and some of the products will continue to kill fleas and the eggs for up to 70 days. I spray my house, pet beds , and anywhere there may be eggs. I saw a huge difference within 24 hours.
Works really well, easy to use, my cats don't mind being sprayed with it. Wish it smelled a bit better, but it is not offensive. I use it on the cats bedding, and on the carpets, vacuuming when it dries. I have had flea problems off and on, and always use Adams to supplement the Frontline Plus.
poor cat I have used so much stuff on her this year this seems to be working and slowly getting rid of the fleas I also sprayed her bedding and furniture
GREAT for fleas, but also works better than anything I've ever used for fruit flies. 1 light spray 90% gone, another light spray and GONE!! This is amazing for house flies too.
The cats obviously were not a big fan however, it was easier to spray them, and it took twice in order for it to start taking affect… But you have to be very liberal with it and make sure you follow the directions
I don't think it works as well as I thought it would? But it's the smell that makes my migraines kick in to high gear? And I never thought of that before hand? It's a very distinct smell that is very similar to camp fire smell but not in a good way? Bummer, it's kind of like the fleas smell it and start to move into jumping positions and then fall back when they realize they still alive!!!
Almost killed my baby!!!! Was up crying, praying all night! Thankful she pulled through it! No thanks to Adam's that's for sure! I would NEVER recommend this not even to my worst enemy! If your cat had a death wish get them this! If you love your furbaby like I do, try Advecta bc it worked wonders for my baby.
absolutely terrible product, legitimately seemed like it was just water in the bottle and not the flea product that it was supposed to have in it. didn't even have a scent at all. very disappointed
