We got clawed to pieces getting it on our cat and she was infested bad. Two weeks and there wasn't a flea anywhere not on her or in the house anywhere. Highly recommend this collar.
My kitty had a bad time with fleas and I got the other expensive collars and drops and I did everything imaginable to get rid of his agony for almost 18 months. I finally found the one remedy that he could tolerate, and that is this flea collar which cost much less than I spent on all the others. So, it takes care of ticks and I buy drops for big cats and that takes care of any fleas. FLEA FREE and he is such a happy kitty!

so far so good we have 3 dogs. evertone is wearing a collar. No fleas and no ticks and we are having a problem with ticks in this area.
Rough year for fleas-the collars have a more persistent intensity of fragrant impart. Compared to other brands which fades within 10 days.
When I first put the collar on my one-year-old cat, I was happy about the way it was easy to fit and put on. It seemed to work the first two or three weeks and then I let him outside. When he comes back in he is digging and cleaning due to more fleas! So I had to spray him with some natural spray. This cat has had the best to begin with. I went through 2 of the Seresto collars and this Adams collar is under 12 bucks, the other ones were 35 and 55 bucks. Same flea issues when combing him. So I will stay with this collar and try to keep him indoors.
DO NOT BUY!!!!! ALMOST KILLED MY CAT. HE HAS BURNS AROUND HIS NECK WHERE THE COLLAR WAS AND LOSS OF HAIR. HE STARTED PROJECTILE VOMITING AND WOULDN'T EAT OR DRINK WATER. HE COULDN'T KEEP ANY FOOD ON HIS STOMACH.
I received the flea collar and when I was putting it on my cat, the buckle part came off the collar, made my cat happy, not me. I've tried to put the buckle back on and it won't. I contacted Picards Pets Supply by email told them what happened and was there anyway I could put the buckle back on. They sent me a form letter. wanting clear pictures of the collar, packing slip etc. I then contacted them back and told them my cell phone is not connected to Yahoo. so I typed out all the information. and sent to them, crickets from them no reply nothing.
at first it seemed fine. I used it for my inside-outside boy. it didnt totally kill all the fleas and i saw today he started getting a sore under his neck. i took the collar off so fast and what was all under the collar? FLEAS!
