Addie loves this comb she wants her back scratched with it and when I stopes she looks so sad she has no fleas thank you Walmart for shelves being stock Patty
This is a must after replacing a flea collar. For those pesky fleas who refuse to leave after a new collar is put on. The flea comb gets them every time.
does a great job. completely content with this comb.
one of the teeth if the comb broke off after it snagged a snarl but otherwise it was great for getting fleas off my cat
First off, this flea comb still performed better than many others I've bought. I have a mini Australian shepherd with a double coat. Flea comb have broken by getting caught on a minor tangle and having a bristle break off. After losing a few bristles, they cease to function as a flea comb. Mind you, my dog is well groomed and it's not like she has matting or tangles, just the normal thick coat of a healthy, double coated Aussie shepherd. She's often pre-brushed to be sure to get out any snags before flea combing and this still happened. This comb performed better than three other models in the price category, several breaking on first or second use. This lasted ten brushing sessions before one of its bristles getting caught and bending back, so that's better than average. Partly, the bristles are shorter length, which helped in having them not bend back and break as early as other cheap ones plastic handle combs. But I bought it thinking it would last longer as it is overall better built than others with a comfortable handle. I hoped this would be the elusive comb with strong enough bristles to not have it break, but alas no. That said, does have a nice grip, overall is a better comb than most in how it feels and works. Just wish it lasted. (Pictures of it 2-3 weeks and maybe a dozen or so brushing later).
Easy to use and catches fleas but after 2nd use the metal combs started falling out. Very poor quality.
The tines on this comb are super chintsy. Second time running it down my short haired dogs fur and one came right out of the comb. Would have been great if the metal parts weren't cheaply made since the handle has a good grip to it. Whomp waaaaaaahhh.
This is the second of these combs I have purchased in last year, both cracked at the handle, making them completely useless. Don't waste your money on this brand.
do not get this comb. the teeth are not well made and will break while combing, potentially stabbing your dog.
Broke after a couple days on my short-hair dog. Definitely wouldn't hold up even once for a longer or thick coat.
