Vibrant Life Small Trapper Litter Mat, 23.5" x 13.75", Gray

It catches more litter than anything I've found. The litter I use feels like sand %26 it gets between the cats toes %26 makes a mess.

Works great to trap the litter when our cats come out from their litter box. We have a larger one we use at home. We bought the smaller one to use in our camper. Our cats and dogs camp with us!

I bought this Vibrant Life Small Trapper Litter Mat for my outdoor cats to help keep the balcony floor cleaner around the litter box area. With multiple cats going in and out all day, litter ends up everywhere fast, so I needed something simple to help trap at least some of the mess. For the size, it actually catches a decent amount of litter from their paws before they track it across the balcony. The textured surface helps trap the pieces instead of them immediately scattering everywhere with every zoomie exit from the litter box. It's lightweight, easy to shake out, and simple to rinse off when needed. The gray color also hides dirt and litter dust better than darker mats would outside. What to know is this is a smaller thinner mat, so for multiple cats you may still need to sweep around the area some. It also moves around a little depending on the flooring underneath. Overall, for the price, it definitely helps cut down on litter mess and makes the area easier to maintain.

It seems like it will work just fine once I can remove the indented crease that's in the middle of the rug. I seen another customer who left a review Mention if you put something heavy on it the rug will lay flat so I put the box of kitty litter on top of it. Im waiting to see if it works.

It is so small that it just fits under the small liter box, with not enough peeking out for proper litter collection.

While I can't deny the fact that it's a thick mat, rubbery and may catch some litter… it's ridiculously small. So small in fact that the cat jumping out of the litter box will bypass it entirely. It was described as small but this is way beyond small in my opinion. It has a hard curl from arriving rolled. Hoping eventually it will flatten out. If you are seriously needing a mat for in front of the litter box I don't recommend it. If you are starting out with a crazy lil kitten, maybe this size will work with a tiny litter box. Litter still lands all over the floor with it. It is what it is. Good luck.

I loved this mat. It was actually my favorite at first. The material seemed like it would be the best out of the 3 different mats I had purchased, but this one has already ripped in 2 places. I'm not even sure how. In theory it's great, but I don't think it's gonna last long at all.

I would recommend this for trapping litter flicked out of the box, but if your kitty urinates and gets it on this mat, it WILL go through to the floor.
