I have used this litter for years and I loved it, the 3 cats loved it….my most recent order is TERRIBLE. I’m assuming they’ve changed something because the dust this creates when pouring, scooping is unbearable. You literally can’t breathe. I have never experienced this from prior purchases. I will order this 1 more time and if it’s still this dusty, I’m going to look for something else. Disappointed, this was my go to litter. Bummer, please change the formula back.

The newest is awful . When they changed the container with a larger lid. They changed the quality of this litter So much dust and large clumps of clay rock This should be the part that they throw out or sale at the dollar store So disappointing I called costumer service also. She said she will report to quality We will see probably not

I have been buying this litter for years and now need to switch. It used to be ok, especially for the price, but my last 2 orders, the litter now seems to be all dust. It doesn't clump nearly as good as it used to. It just appears to be all clay powder/dust. The dust is now all over the rooms with the litter boxes. I'm sad that something has changed with this litter and there is nothing to indicate that a change was made. I recently bought a store brand litter from a different store and it was much better quality than this one is now. Night and day difference. I can't recommend this litter unless they decide to go back to something that works and isn't so dusty.

My cat is very picky about cat litter. Special Kitty has been my go to for several years, but the last jug I purchased is HORRIBLE! It is much more coarse, and the dust is ridiculous. Everything within five feet of the littler box is covered in dust. I will be looking for a new litter.

This used to be my go-to brand for cat litter seeing as I have nine cats. the quality has plummeted to where I will actually pay extra to not have to deal with the dust which is outlandish. I have never had a cat litter fill a room just by opening it not even pouring it in the box yet it was ridiculous and it does not do anything or match up to the quality as it used to be for the smell or clumping I don't think I will ever buy this again please go back to how it used to be

I buy this all the time and it works well .This time the litter that was inside was not clumping litter it was a vey chunky litter not fine like normal . I gave it the benefit of the doubt and filled my boxes with it and it is definitely not clumping litter .same container I always buy

This litter will give you respiratory issues. I have used this before and it was not this bad. So after a long time I bought this again. It turned out extremely dusty and I had to wear a mask to clean the litter box. Don't buy this if you have other choices. It will make a big cloud of dust even when scooping and was coming right at my face. Not gonna use again!!!

..the new more expensive formula is terrible..not only does it turn into concrete when wet, it is so dusty every time you scoop it, it spreads the dust throughout the room...it used to be a good value for the price...not now!! in addition to the excessive dust and price increase the clumping function makes the clump exteemly hard to scoop which is why we will no longer be using this product.

This was a substitution for my regular order. The smell is like going into a service garage and smelling old oil. the dust is horrible. I didn't even adda lot to my cat box. I did not even use it till i had totally cleaned and washed the cats litter box. I mixed with my other and went to clean this morning and you could actually see the cloud of dust . This is VERY DANGEROUS to the cat's respiratory system and to mine actually. This should be taken off the shelves. NOT A GOOD PURCHASE do not waste your money on this product .

Special Kitty clumping litter use to be the best, but you guys changed the formula of the litter and now it doesn't clump good at all. You went from the best litter I've found to one of the worst clumping litters. I have half a mind to return 12 45lb boxes and 4 20lb tubs. Totally blows!!!
