Vibrant Life Green Trout Plush Dog Toy with Squeaker, Chew Level 4

He loves this thing! It's definitely durable because he usually has one tore up within an hour, as you can tell by the 2nd pic. So, if you're looking for something for an aggressive chewer, this is it!

It only to my pit bull a few hours to chew a hole in buddy trout's mouth and start removing the stuffing. This seems to be her favorite experience with a new toy. Once buddy trout is emptied it is then surprisingly durable. Several times a day I cram as many of her less fortunate toys into buddy trout and Darla gets much enjoyment extracting each of them. Would be nice to buy just a plush pouch without the stuffing.

I will only recommend this if your dog doesn't chew everything to bits. My beagle had this “tough toy” chewed apart and the squeakers, and stuffing, out in less than 15 minutes. Paid too much for it to last that short of a time. Won't buy again for my chewer. Would probably be a great toy for less aggressive chewers.

I bought this toy for my tough chewing dogs, hoping for at least a couple of days worth of fun - this photo was taken within 1 minute of taking the tags off. The seams do not appear to be any tougher than the cheap $5 toys. Definitely needs to be re-rated!

So, the trout was cute, and my dog was super happy. However, durable is not a word I would use to describe it. This took about an hour to be fully gutted. My dog is a medical misfit with wacky teeth, and was still able to destroy it. Definitely not worth it, nor is the cleanup.

My 20 lb. Boston Terrier loved it for a couple of days before she got the top torn and could pull the stuffing out all over my living room. I thought it might actually hold up with her play but getting that squeaker out was her full purpose. I don't understand why it was sold for aggressive chewers - grade 4. Like I said she is a 20 lb. Boston not a 100 lb. Pit or something. As much as she loved it I was thinking about ordering another one but what is the use - it would just be torn apart enough to get the stuffing pulled out and scattered all over the floor. Not fun for an old woman to have to pick up.

There is nothing TOUGH about this chew toy. No idea how it got classified as Level 4. Definitely not worth the money unless your dog has zero teeth.

Black lab, 1 year old, tore it to pieces as soon as I gave it to him. He's not even what I would call an "aggressive chewer" just a regular dog, not rough with his toys and this thing practically fell apart in his mouth.

Lasted less than five minutes and the dog ripped it open. This is listed as a level 4 toy on a 5 level scale for dog chewing. That is a gross exaggeration, this toy didn't last normal chewing. Don't waste your money on this like I did.

My dog got to the inside with the white fuzzy stuff in 3 min flat this wasn't the first time we bought this product I would like a refund of this lousy product
