Vicks Filter-Free Cool Mist Humidifier, V4600, White

I used humidifier long time ago and did not like it since it used to be noisy and too warm. This one is good - quiet (when you put enough water) and the mist blowing out is at cool to room temperature (not too cold or hot). It works immediately right after you turn it on. I've been using it since the first day of arrival (about a week ago).

We are a one income family of 6. Its not easy taking care of 4 children with the flu, especially a 2 yr old. I needed to find humidifiers that I could add vicks vapors to help soothe their colds in the evenings. This product is able to hold not just 1 but 2 pads and no need to buy filters, just the pads. Still saved us $ and helped our children thru the flu.

Purchased this item due to coughing a lot, at night because of the dryness of winter heat. Since using this product, I've had zero coughing spells, and have noticed less dryness of my skin. I totally recommend this product to others, trying to find relief from winter heat dryness.

I purchased the humidifier in hopes it would help with my dry skin as well as my cats. It's been a very cold winter so far, therefore using the heater more than usual which I believe is contributing to the dry skin issue. I believe the product is helping.

Excellent product ! Large enough to fill fully and use. Light enough to remove and fill. Looks nice and it is silent, except for a trickle of water sound. I find it soothing. I'm certain this will be the end all for my dry nose and skin. Also it will help my asthma. Should have bought this Long ago, but now is alright. Looking for Many moist nights to come !! For right now it is on the floor, but I have a 2 drawer dresser it will fit on perfectly !

This winter been long and cold, keeping the house closed up has made the air dry. My husband has sinus problem and he was waking up every morning with a bloody nose and headache. But since buying these he doesn't have the headaches or bloody nose. We fill it at night and it runs ALL night and has automatic shut-off. It is filter free and easy to clean. We love it and recommend it to everyone.

What a great Humidifier. I have gone through a few humidifiers in recent years but this Vicks Humidier is truly the BEST. It gives out a cool mist, it is quiet and very easy to fill. The filter free is what sold me, but after having it run in my bedroom for a few weeks I am so happy I bought this unit. It doubled the humidity in my bedroom over night. Don't hesitate to buy this unit it is well worth it. I am 100% pleased.

I'm very pleased to have purchased this vaporizer. It is Quiet, easy to keep full of water and is quite effective in the amount of water/humidity released into my surroundings. I was so pleased with my purchase that I got a 2nd one to keep upstairs in my bedroom. Even though I am starting to feel much better, I intend to continue to run my vaporizers when I am in the room until the winter months have passed and I can open my windows.

This humidifier works perfectly, it's extremely quiet and you can actually see the mist pouring out of the top. The only small problem I have is it's a little hard for my arthritic hands to twist the refill cover off the bottom. Also, it sometimes takes a few tries to get the top unit to sit on the base correctly. This replaces a Vicks unit that I had for years, which was a little easier to use. Overall I'm very happy with this humidifier and would recommend it to others.
