Victor Allen's Coffee Pumpkin Spice, Medium Roast, 80 Count, Single Serve Coffee Pods for Keurig K-Cup Brewers

I bought this for my wife because she is a big fan of peppermint bark coffee. I was worried that if she didn't like it, there were a lot of kcups that would not be used. Thankfully, she is pleased with it. She said good flavor and not overwhelming like some flavored coffees can be.

I don't like a strong coffee flavor, so this is perfect for me! If you're in it for the coffee taste, this one probably isn't for you. It's very light and the caramel flavor is very noticeable (in a good way)!

I like the value of the Victor Allen's 80 count Caramel Macchiato Kcups- I found it for the cheapest price on Walmart site. I do wish the Caramel flavor was a little stronger tasting, but overall I still like the coffee and will continue purchasing it.

We had a problem with the website and product delivered. We use Hazelnut and love it. I ordered a different blend. My request back to Walmart was unanswered. I had to call and make a complaint to get it resolved. Love the Victor Alen Coffees.

I thought I would give Victor Allen's Coffee Caramel Macchiato another tried. I receive it today so open it to see if they improved or if it was the same as last. I was not surprised to see it was just plain coffee. I was told there was no refund or exchange. I sure feel this is false advertising. I could get plain coffee pod a lot cheaper. This is the last time I will buy any Victor Allen's product for they cannot be trusted that what you order is what you will get.

I ordered 4 boxes of this product. What a shocked it was when I open one to make it and it was just plain coffee no Caramel Macchiato. Wasn't for sure if the other 3 would be that so I didn't return them and all 4 was alike not Caramel Macchiato. When they asked for the lot number I sent it. They informed me it was the caramel Macchiato, but it wasn't. So, I switch to a different bland. SO, but at your own risk.

When I opened the packing box, there were coffee grounds in it. Then when I opened the victor Alan 42 pack of K cups, there was a film of coffee grounds over the entire box full of cake cups. How do I go about getting a refund or a replacement?
