Victrola Classic 7-in-1 Bluetooth turntable

I received a picture of my package sitting somewhere that wasn't my house. It said left in a small mail room. I own a house. I own a mailbox. At no time have I ever had a small mail room. I waited for FedEx to go get my package and bring it to my house. I ended up finding one at a specialty store on my way through Virginia as this was a Christmas gift. Praying for a refund.

Worked great until a few weeks after I bought it then just stopped working all together. Took it back to Walmart to return it and I just wanted to exchange it for a new one but the worker said they couldn't so even tho I bought it during Christmas for a discount I guess they can't honor the price even tho it broke after a few weeks. Might try buying it elsewhere.

Because I have been looking for this product for quite some time and Walmart pricing was best in my search. With that I was not sure about the ordering / shipping process, but was not disappointed. I did have trouble at the end of the order, but was able to speak with someone who helped me as verification code would not come through to my email. I originally had only land line contact, and eventually he was able to find code and send text to cell. It was a process, but he was determned to assist me to the end. Thank you....!!!! I love my Victrola and all aspects of it work well. I have wanted this exact item for years, so special to now have it in my home!

I've only just received this item. It was in perfect condition and everything is in working condition. Very pleased with this purchase.

CD player stopped working after only using a few times. Seller won't respond to repeated attempts to contact. Don't waste your money.

I ordered the victrola record player with the cassette tape player in it and the one I received does not have the cassette player on the side so I know it's the wrong one I'd like to return this item

I bought one locally and returned it the next day. Nearly all CDs skipped, even newly opened ones. Ordered a second one and the same thing happened. I will order a third and keep my fingers crossed. Great concept. Sound is a problem. $15 Bluetooth speaker sounds better. Far too much bass, which can't be adjusted. Vinyl sounds great.

Overall I really like this machine. The sound is pretty good, and it does almost everything I want. It would be awesome with CDs if I could press random for songs or something like that, and the cassette controls are a bit lacking, but to be honest I really only see myself using the Bluetooth and record the most. Wood wise it came in great condition with one little mark on a corner. The grain is lovely and not a cheap cover. The reason for the star off is that the hardware to download records is on a CD. Almost no computers have CD slots anymore (well, laptops at least) and I think a USB would have been wiser. They also did not inform you of the CD so I assumed it was something my pc could run, and when I got it I realized I would have to borrow someone else's CD/DVD player or buy my own which is another $25 dollars. The other reason for the star is Walmart keeps changing the price from $99 to $149 every week (I got it for $99). Just pick a price Walmart! Finally, Walmart is great with returns, I accidentally bought the 6-in-1 and they accepted it wonderfully.

Excellent value for the money. My 87-year-old father was recently diagnosed with Alzheimers he has been a lifelong lover of music and Im so glad he can play his old cassettes and his new CDs and his old vinyl records, he forgets a lot these days but knows pretty much all the words to the songs that hes enjoyed for so many years.
