Viewpoint by Timex Women's 25mm Mother-of-Pearl Dial Watch – Silver-Tone Bracelet

Did not run, needed new battery!

When I ordered this, I didn't see or know that it was a bracelet watch. Fortunately, it was extremely easy to remove two links. it's still a bracelet but now it sits higher on my wrist/arm so I don't have to take it off when I wash dishes or my hands. The box and the plastic casing it was in were destroyed during shipping. How the watch survived - anybody's guess. Delivery absolutely was God awful - it was supposed to be here by Wednesday and it showed up on Friday. The other items that I ordered should be here today. Why couldn't they both be put on the SAME delivery try for delivery at the same time?

The watch wasn't working when it arrived. I ordered batteries which seemed to help. Still it randomly stops and needs to be patted until it starts again, then reset the time. It may quit several times a day then work for a few days. I've ordered a different watch and will only wear this until it comes. I did like that I was able to remove links so the watch could fit my small wrist.

Battery was dead. Replaced it . It worked a day and died again. Please send me new batteries. Thanks

watch was not working. Unable to use the stem. No packing slip. No good experience. Watch is junky at best. Communications terrible. Walmart said to contact the outside company and that company told me to contact Walmart. Boo Hiss

This watch had the Timex name associated with it and so I thought it had to be fairly decent. Granted, it was only $12.99 but I thought with it saying Timex it was good. The watch did not allow you to set the time and the battery was dead(the swift 2nd hand didn't move at all) The plastic tab under the wind dial was still intact too so it wouldn't have gone dead due to running. The watch was very pretty and dressy and I was very disappointed in the Timex quality.

I purchased four of these watches for gifts for my sisters for Christmas. Two of the four watches did not work. I contacted Walmart customer support who said that they would be in touch with the seller and the seller would contact with Me within a few days. After a week, I had not received anything from the seller so I contacted Walmart Customer Service again and again I was told that the Seller would be in contract with me within a few days. Another week has passed and NOTHING from the seller. About a week after giving the watches to my sisters another one has stopped working so now a total of three of the four watches that I purchased do not work and I cannot get in touch with the seller!!!Horrible customer service, and I mean, also from Walmart for not standing behind a product that they have for sale on their website, regardless of whether it is sold by a marketplace seller . Would not buy again!!!
