I love the items that I got. The only downfall is when I received the items they were damaged in the boxes and some of the product was oozing out of the container.

I ordered the 2 pack and only received 1. I sent a message to the supplier who is asking me for photos. i guess I'm supposed to send photos of 1 and not 2? they asked for photos of the packaging but I don't have it. Definitely will take my business to a different supplier

Product arrived in 100g plastic tubes instead of 125g metal tubes with red top as advertised. (Cheated out of 50g of product.) Tubes were not in boxes as advertised. Tubes arrived in plastic tubes instead of metal tubes and were not sealed as metal tubes had been previously received in this product. Not a happy customer! Faulty advertising! Would not recommend this seller to anyone!

Based on the picture and description I was supposed to get two metal red 125g tubes of the product. But I received two 100g plastic white tubes of the product. The inside of the cap was dirty and the product was unsealed. It did not come in the product box, the bottles came lose

Product smells like gasoline. Too afraid to even put product in hair as this is not the original Virgin hair fertilizer. The paint on the tube is very faded and rubbed off inside of the box. The smell was so strong before opening the package it's alarming. Save your money, make your own. Will never purchase again.
