Perfect basketball hoop for our family! We use it in the garage when it's cold out and will bring it in the backyard in the summer. We adjust the hoop height for our daughter that is just learning and have it at the normal height for our son. Love it!
It seems a little smaller than I imagined compared to the pictures. I do not recommend trying to set up by yourself. Definitely need a second hand setting it up. Took about 2 hours to complete. Instructions are little confusing. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase.
(Long story short if you don't like reading it's a great gift but no weights in the bag. Also please adjust if you need it taller.) I bought this goal for my 6'1 nephew. At first I was skeptical because it did come in a small box and I didn't read the reviews until after I bought it. The reviews had me scared! I thought I bought trash literally. Turns out it's great! Everyone said oh it's so short, like please know what you're doing before reviewing you obviously didn't adjust it. There's a screw that holds the position of the back board(screw labeled A1 when building it I believe). Take the screw out lift the backboard to where you like it. Next, you move the screw up to the closest hole that's keeps it in that position and BOOM! what do ya know it's taller! Y'all literally motivated me to write reviews and I NEVER DO 😩 Only problem I had was either I misread or it's just misleading but the weight bag doesn't come with any weights 😂 like excuse me? Call me slow but I didn't know 🤷🏾♀️😭. With that being said fill the base with water and add weights to keep it extra stable.
its not an awful basketball hoop to start with but i think its quite dangerous being the pin that goes through the wheels and the bottom of the pole that holds the hoop is not secured just slides through it thats it
The goal post were not as sturdy after putting together it stayed leaning forward from the weight of the backboard and rim. The rim was also bent a little. I would have spent more money for better quality goal.
Was not at all what I expected it to be the goal is not as sturdy and the base which you fill with water had a hole in it on the side so the water drains which cause she goal to lean it comes with a weight bag but I haven't tried using that yet this goal was just put up yesterday and I'm disappointed
It was on sale, it sounded good in the description, but it's not made for adults or teenagers. My 6 year young gd was the only one who could shoot and have a little fun. The rim was normal, but the little back board with the skinny pole was not the move! It had water in it and a sand bag on it, but the wind blew it down right in front of a car, they had to hit breaks super fast, or it would have been on their hood! Caught it on ring camera! smh!
i hated the cheaply made product ,the wheels fell off in a week.then from the bigger boys dunking the ball the backboard became detatatched from the bracket.out out all the produces i purchased this was the worst,a piece of garbage ..hows that for truth
I got what I paid for. Cheaply made. The backboard is smaller than what I expected. It doesn't stand up like it should. The base was cracked which didn't see until later. And one of the wheels has already came off. Do not buy. Said for adults, teen, kid. Definitely not really for teen or adult.
This is goal is trash. Didn't come with all the pieces I had to go get screws. A storm comes the goal falls and cracks the base with sands and rocks goal doesn't want to stand. Goal is really for children below 8. I wasted my money and time I highly discourage this purchase.
