Needed a great pillow to replace my older one. I loved that pillow and was skeptical that I’d find one as good. After searching I decided to try this one. The cooling side of this pillow is amazing. The other side gets too warm. It’s firm enough to keep my head and neck in a good healthy position but cool and comfy enough to relax into a great position. I’m a side sleeper and this is the perfect replacement for my old favorite pillow.

I have searched and tried numerous pillows over the years searching for a firm but comfortable one. They say firm on the packaging and are for a month or so but this pillow is adjustable. You read right! When you get it it's vacuum sealed. Open it and place it somewhere where it can expand and air for 3 days. It's very firm if you leave all the filling in. There is one zippered outer cover and another zippered inner cover that holds the memory foam. After the 3 days try it the way it is. Some like the firmer, higher pillows. If it's a little to high and or firm for you unzip the pillow cover and unzip the inner cover. Have a Walmart bag or similar to put the extra filling in. I took out about half or maybe a little less. I filled one Walmart bag. I tried it that night and it still felt to high for me so I removed a second full bag of filling and it's now perfect. Extremely comfortable. Now, if I feel it's flattening on me I have 2 full bags of fill to add instead of buying another pillow. It is well worth the money and the cover is washable. Both are if you want to remove the filling that you left in for your comfort level. Hope this honest review helps you in your decision. Happy Sleeping

I love this pillow it stays cool and it’s so comfortable. Great for side sleeping and back but I flatten mine alil when I sleep on my back. Zip cover that u can wash, not the whole pillow. Not too crazy about not being able to wash the whole pillow but comfort and coolness makes up for it.

I was looking for a pillow that provided more support and came across these. They are so comfortable and keep you cool. They’ve been the BEST when I feel under the weather and get hot easily. Lay on the right side of the pillow for awhile and then roll to the other side for the refreshing coolness it provides. BEST pillow.

must yet if you need a new pillow or just want to try some I absolutely love this pillow! quality of this is truly wonderful, in my opinion, temperature regulates very well. yes it does come shrink wrapped if you will. however, I tossed it in my dryer for about 20 minutes just on fluff and after that was done it was huge. but much like they said you can remove some of the inner filling and make it whatever size you want. personally, I like it just the way it is

They were a different brand than what I ordered. So that’s why I give them a 4**** review. My husband and I both had to take a little of the filler out. Neither have had any neck aches when waking up. I do fluff them every time I make the bed, they go back perfect. ♥️

When I received my pillow, I thought I would be able to use it immediately but there was a label that said I had to wait 3 days for the smell to go away and for the pillow to fluff up. I did just that but the smell is still there so I don’t even use it.

Hardest pillow I've ever had. May as well get a bag of concrete mix and sleep on it. Waited 3 days b4 sleeping on it and took out a Walmart sized bag of foam after the first nite and a second bag full after the second nite. Wife and I both hurting in the neck and shoulder!!!! HATE IT!!!!

I received an email the pillows would be delivered on December 1 , on Dec 4th I received a notice of delay.... I emailed to inquire as to when I should expect these pillows and was told my order was cancelled and I was NOT the one that cancelled !!!! so now I am told I need to repurchase the pillows - but of course that price has now changed! This is some shady way to run a business. I will be putting this on blast
