Compressed when sent but fills out beautifully in a short time. Good solid comfortable pillow. They make better but not at this price. Good solid purchase

It’s definitely cold to the touch but once you put your head on it and your body heat from your head is on it it doesn’t stay cold. Unfortunately that’s the only thing I don’t like about it love the pillow but wish it would stay cold the entire time. And I got this pillow at a great reduced price. That’s the only reason I bought it because I would never buy it a regular price And I have really bad hot and cold flashes which suck but if you’re hot and cold flashes a mild, it would be great for you And please be careful. I always thought I was buying from Walmart on here but some things are not bought by Walmart and you cannot return them big shocker for me especially when I needed to return something and couldn’t because the wrong size.

Pros= 1)they are cooling, 2) they are very generous in the fill, 3) great value for the price consr 1)almost too much fill. While the eventually conform to my head, it takes a bit to get to that comfort level. also, when I first lay down, it feels hard. Just give it a moment to settle. overall, excellent product.

The pillows are not what I expected. They aren’t that cool. Also they are not firm. When you lay your head in one spot anywhere on pillows. They sink down and it pushes the stuff inside out to both ends . I thought when I brought them they would be a little firm and cool. I wouldn’t recommend these to anyone. The price said they were 200 dollars but on sale for 53 for two. If I know now they weren’t that good I wouldn’t have brought them.

Not impressed @ all. Not really cooling pillow as only 1 side is somewhat cool. Don't waste your money, buy an actual cooling pillow; sure wish I did. Also way overstuffed; you can take stuffing out of it but since it's not really a cooling pillow i didn't waste my time unstuffing it.

I did not notice any difference from one side to the other as far as coolness. if you're trying to keep warm this will keep your head really warm. I didn't like it because it slides out from under your head like a satin pillow would. once it you lay down and it gets compressed the foam inside the lining becomes a brick. the first picture is after a night of rest you can see it won't even stay in the pillowcase.

Hardest pillow I've ever had. May as well get a bag of concrete mix and sleep on it. Waited 3 days b4 sleeping on it and took out a Walmart sized bag of foam after the first nite and a second bag full after the second nite. Wife and I both hurting in the neck and shoulder!!!! HATE IT!!!!

I ordered hearth and home brand . Paid top dollar for it. Instead I received a different brand. Less expensive. Nestl. Basically a bait and switch. When I tried contacting they , they never replied back. On sheer principle, I shall not be buying from this company again.

I have not gotten them yet so I can,t comment on their quality but I did just cancel my order. Walmart isn't selling it they simply send the information to another company the wash their hands of it and collect their commission. They couldn't even cancel my order directly so I have to wait 48 hours to find out if it's even canceled! When I buy black friday sale item from Walmart I expect to deal with Walmart and not have them send my information to a company I don't know. I'm realy going to be upset if I find out they sent my credit card info to some other company. Wheni put In my request to cancel Walmart sent me an email saying if the company doesn't cancell it's my problem to return it to the company,if I buy a product from Walmart I should be able to returning to Walmart!
