Tasty
I have trouble swallowing pills and capsules so these are perfect for me..They are quite tasty but I like gummy worms too so tastes like candy to me. I have had a lot of hair loss now that I am older and I don't have thick hair to begin with so beautician recommended these..I have read that Biotin is recommended for hair loss so we will see.

Trying for the first time

Package came in mail perfectly but when I went to open the Vitafusion Biotin gummies I'd noticed the Exp 12/24 which is already but fortunately was able to return it. Guess whoever handed the gummies didn't have time to look at the Expiration date.
