I have given these to my kids for years. And myself I assume they work. We don't take them consistently enough to know for sure. But when we do take them, we don't get sick and they taste good.

1 serving is 3 delicious orange gummies a day. I only do 2 things to stay healthy: 1. Use the sanitizing wipes on the cart handle at Walmart- Hey! It's a high volume store, and 2. Take this Vitamin C. Haven't had a cold in over 3 years.

I like vitamin C gummies because they are easier to swallow. Read dosage. It takes 3 gummies for one dose. So you're not getting 150 doses, only 50. The flavor is tangy.

These gummies are really hard to chew! Takes a long time for them To soften enough to swallow. Will not buy again. This would be a hazard for elderly and some children.
