I trust this brand, have used many of their products, which I've seen multiple naturopaths use, also. Magnesium Glycinate is supposedly the most bioavailable form of magnesium you can take, so I like that it is 50% glycinate. There are reasons to take other forms of magnesium but if getting the most magnesium absorbed by your body that you can, this is a good formulation. Next best would perhaps be a pure glycinate - but I'd also ask one's physician or research the different types of magnesium and what each is needed for. Magnesium can cause stomach upset, and thankfully, I've not experienced that with this formulation, however, everyone is different.
