It took some getting used to. There's no taste, but when you mix it with something you can tell its not the same anymore. I found that mixing it with lemon tea/peach tea drink mix was the best way for me to be okay with the taste alterations. Its a small thing to deal with when you're getting such a good amount of collagen though, so I don't mind!

As on as I started taking this, 2 days later my hair stopped falling out! And I have tried everything! I had a gastric bypass and was loosing so much hair, I'm truly shocked that this started working. Make sure to get the hair complex one! Highly recommend

I found it to be excellent - virtually tasteless, dissolves easily in hot liquid (not in cold) - hair is falling out less and appears fuller - I recommend

I've been using this stuff for MONTHS. I get complimented on my hair daily. It's made my hair thicker, shiny and I don't have as much shedding. Definitely worth trying if you've suffered from post pregnancy/breastfeeding hair loss.

This item continues to have a lot of good ratings. I keep using it, but really haven't noticed any change in my hair. But disappointed. They no longer put the scoop in so I have to keep a scoop from other products. And the container isn't even full for the price you pay. It does mix well in my coffee which is the only way I use it and with no after taste

I don't think it's any different than the regular collagen mix. No significant difference in hair, and I drink this everyday.

The container i received must have been old because it tasted rancid. The expiration date had been worn off. This container was probably out of date with no expiration date and tasting bad. It was returned.
