they were a little dry and hard to chew but other than that they got the job done. im no longer waking up 3 or 4 times a night to urinate. i sleep through the night and it really does what it says.

The only major issue i had was i was i ordered the 2 pack and only got 1 and had to call and ask for a partial refund that i think should have been automatic when they realized they couldnt ship the 2 pack. The product itself seems good, tastes weird but not the worst ive had.

I would like to recommend this item and seller but they are advertising a 2pk and then only ship you one of the bottles. I wouldn't have purchased it if I knew I was only getting half of the order for the price. I would like a partial refund OR my other bottle shipped.
