An excellent make you feel much better product of you are in good health in the first place. You have to eat right, exercise, and take good care of yourself and take these vitamins on a Consistant basis. Consistancy is the most important thing in getting healthy.

These leave an awful metallic taste in your mouth and I have noticed that they also cause small sores to form in my mouth. Something in this formula of vitamin is not safe because these are not normal side effects for something that is supposed to be for "health".
