My husband started taking the Men's Testosterone Formula 6 days ago. He then worked 18 hours overtime at his very physical job. He is 52 years old and although in pretty good shape, he was working extra-hard, less sleep than usual, and moving and lifting hundreds of pounds of product. I got these for my husband who recently tested borderline low testosterone but not low enough to treat. He's been taking them for a couple weeks and they seem to help his energy and libido. This is not FDA approved treatment for testosterone so the ingredient list is natural (they do contain wheat). So overall the pills may work or it may just be the placebo effect of thinking your efforts or a pill are improving your concern. I will also note the pills smell bad. They don't make my husband or his breath smell but in the bottle they stink.

My husband took these for about 2 weeks and he didn't really feel any different. It claimed to help with energy and alertness, but it he felt the same before taking and didn't notice increase in either. They also have a horrible odor, and are somewhat larger than average pill so difficult to swallow as well.

After about a week of using these I did notice results. I think the product works as advertised. The only problem for me was the very strong smell. It's not a bad smell per say just very strong. When I opened the bottle one day to take my dose, my kids came running over saying "Yay pancakes!" I guess to them it smelled like maple syrup. After handling these my hands smelled like it even after I washed them as did my breath for quite some time. So if you don't mind smelling like waffles and want a product that works, this supplement is for you!

I have used several of the ingredients in this complex separately before. The levels in a dose of this range from somewhat less to much less than the normally recommended amount especially the tongkat ali. I would not bother with this if looking for a booster for a workout supplement. Also there is no indication as to the best time to take it or how to take it like with food or not.
