I really like that this brand because of its formulation. Nattokinase is a natural enzyme, and it's fairly fragile by nature. A large amount of it can be destroyed by our stomach acid, but this brand has been formulated to withstand the strength of our stomach acid. Asian countries have been using Natto for centuries, and they have the lowest heart disease and stroke rates in the world. Natto is a fibrolinic supplement. it does not REDUCE cholesterol. Instead it works to remove the impurities and fiber in our blood that CAUSE heart disease and stroke. it is also a mild blood thinner, so that should be kept in mind as well. I would much rather take this than artificial drugs!

So far, I've been very pleased with this product. Easy to take, no problems with swallowing. It appears to be already working to reduce size of enlarged spider veins indicating small clots are being broken down and blood flow is improving.
