Tastes good and makes me remember to take my B12
My B12 is up, it tastes good - so I actually remember to take it. The gummies don't melt and stick to each other like other brands I've tried - so good quality all in all.

It's very easy to use. Best quality good ingredients size is perfect amount is good , has folic acid . Gives you energy. Packing is amazing effective. I was nervous system but potency package is amazing. It has niacin flush . It's good metabolism and taste is good
