I purchased these upon direction from my Dr. He wanted me to have Methyl B-12, not Cyna B-12. Cyna has Cyanide in it. I was put off by the price being so much higher but that is reason for the price difference. Flavor is yummy. Gummies are easy to chew.

I Hope They Help Me Remember
These are not the most tastiest of gummies but then again can we expect them to taste like candy when they are supposed to be good for you? Honestly, they are not bad.
