Working fine. I take 2 caps every day because I have more in my multi. Not easy to find the D caps--usually, it's oil which I don't want.

I have a severe problem with tinitis and read an article that these vitamins would reduce the awful noise in my head. so far the noise is the same but I will finish them till they are gone.

I was surprised that these pills were capsules Of powder. I have only purchased the oil caplets in the past. The potency seems to be strong and the price is good. Unfortunately I started having itchy skin issues after a couple hours of taking these. I am very sensitive to medications and vitamins/herbs so I would not expect many to have the same issues. It could be a filler or something used in the product, but for me I just can not use this particular pill. In fairness I gave them to my daughter who has no trouble with them.

I didn't receive exactly what i paid for.
