Bought this because i wanted to start drinking chia seeds water in the morning and at night i liked it was organic and at a good price when i bought it at the time doesn't have a taste that i can tell will most likely will by this one again when i run out.

I eat these every day and I also have them for lunch and sometimes even for dinner. I use them in my overnight oats and I make chia pudding with them and top them with blueberries and then I also add them to my yogurt along with flaxseeds and more blueberries. This brand is so much better than the others and has less carbs than other brands. They plump up quickly and you can have some pudding in no time. I love them and I always make sure that I have a backup bag in my pantry.

I would especially recommend adding generous portions of beverages such as fresh juices, milk, yogurt, and plenty of water to your daily routine. This was my first time trying this brand, and I loved it! The seeds are very fresh, organic, and taste great in my Chia Seed Pudding! I will reorder this brand in the future for sure!

Good product, but a Very dangerous one!!! Do Not just eat them! Let them soak in water for a least an hour first! With a 10 to 1 ratio!!! Put them in a container (glass) and add 10 times as much water, based on the space the seeds are taking! The water must be Ten Times as much (cold or warm)! Stir them a little throughout the hour! Beware: If, you just eat them (Without adding water first), they Will expand in your stomach/colon and have caused serious damage to people! ty

This chia seeds bag arrived in a well sealed bag, which is very important to maintain freshness however the expiration date is in few months when usually this type of food as more than a year of shelf life, I'm dissatisfied to have bought a 2 pounds bag that I won't be able to fully enjoy, in my opinion this issue may prevent future orders.

Need a refund date expiration not accept. Can I return it to the store?
